William Rowe

NOTE: According to Lesley Keyter, descendent, "my uncle did tell me that his Great Grandfather Rowe came from Balsham in Cambridge and died at age 92. He and his wife were the first Stewards of Aston Hall and attended the Opening Ball given by Queen Victoria when Aston Hall was given to Birmingham City Council in 1858."
